• Primary responsibility is providing senior level administration of Print Server infrastructure along with application specific servers in a VMWare virtualized environment associated with providing critical patient care with maximum efficiency (7000+ Printers/MFPs across 30 servers, distributed across 5 states).• Consult with users to identify existing system problems then evaluate and recommend various software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.• Write and maintain technical procedures, documentation, operational instructions and/or project or work order status.• Participate and lead scheduled projects that required interaction between various customers, departments, and vendors.• Implementation of authentication verification and monitoring software.• Develop, maintain, and publish complex custom reports.

• Use document output data to figure out trends for companies to increase profits and efficiency through print optimization. Working as an consultant, gather this data through a number of ways, from mining a company's computer data through software, looking at competitor data and industry trends to help companies understand where they can improve and where they can reduce costs.• Manage document output for customers regionally and globally. Help to certify document output devices as usable and functional for customer operations including network compatibility and driver ease of use and provide options to customer.• Participate in and contribute to strategic planning, and tactical business process definition. • Collaborate with customer’s IT organization on technical issues related to print optimization. Provide tier 2 technical support as required to troubleshoot issues to root cause and expedite resolution.
