Gerald (Gerry) Sadler, Ms, Pmp Email and Phone Number
Early in my career I decided that one goal of my professional career is to successfully manage programs and projects of significance. As I gained experiences, this goal expanded to providing a productive team environment through team leadership. These goals are balanced with the goal of a strong Christian family.I earned my BS Degree from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio in 1982 and later a MS degree from the University of Toledo. My professional experience began as a jet engine research engineer for the US Army R&T Labs where I led the development of a jet engine simulation environment.I transferred to NASA where I gained HW development experience on the International Space Station (ISS) power system software verification effort which led me to focus my future professional goals on program/project management.Realizing that my career needed SE&I experience, I supported and led teams for Microgravity Flight Experiments flying on Spacelab and the ISS. I developed the initial hardware/software system architecture of the Fluids and Combustion Facility currently flying on ISS.I accepted several project management opportunities including managing controls development for the Ultra Efficient Engine Technology Program, managing turbine engine failure detection for the Aviation Safety Program, Contracting Officer Technical Representative for 3 Task Order Contracts, leading a Shuttle fly back booster technology assessment for the Space Launch Initiative Program, leading a launch vehicle architecture study for the Next Generation Launch Technology Program, leading projects on Ares I and Ares V for the Constellation Program, and leading the payload fairing development for the Space Launch System Program.I then joined the Program Management Office at Parker Hannifin, Mentor as a Project Planning & Control Specialist where I statused projects, assessed performance and implemented PMO policies and IT infrastructure needed at the division.
