I am an Electrical Engineer/Technical Project Manager with deep experience in telecommunications, broadband, PayTV, digital media and electronics design.My career has been split roughly 50:50 between the Vendor (Supplier) and Carrier (Service Provider) sides of the fence, and my experience covers a wide range of activities, including design, system engineering, manufacturing, systems integration, technology strategy, planning, and consulting.Over the past 7 years, I have been an independent engineering consultant and technical project manager.I have a very successful history of making my projects work, by developing good relationships with my colleagues, clients, business partners, and technology suppliers. Whether it's presenting new product roadmaps, jointly developing plans for a trial, introducing a new technology, or managing upgrades as part of the product life-cycle, I always find that the relationships developed are the key to successful outcomes.Specialties: Technical Project Management, technology strategy, engineering and electronics design. I specialise in new technology introduction by combining my managerial skills, business insight and technical expertise.
