We are responsible for generating interest in the open positions at Power Home Remodeling as a whole, following up with candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers across the entirety of the business. Conducts initial telephone screening interviews of applicants. Develops and maintains relationships with Culture Interviewers and territory leadership. Sources candidates through a variety of recruitment channels. Coordinates with recruitment team leadership to identify staffing needs. Exercises a large working knowledge of the open positions’ specific duties and responsibilities. Manages the statuses of candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Utilizes mediums such as email and text to communicate with candidates. Attends career fairs as needed. Demonstrates a strong focus on creating the Power Experience for applicants by managing candidate expectations. Develops and maintains a pipeline of passive and active candidates for all current positions. Conducts confirmation calls for upcoming interviews.
