Savings realized over 12 years was $1.5M-$2.M.Anticipated need to create a new employee review to ensure consistent training of all functions and expectations of new hires. Developed a training program with information to be communicated by all managers. Created and compiled the first formal policy and procedures book within three months. Researched and analyzed various computer systems. Secured and trained employees on the new system within 12 months. Realized improved efficiencies and greater customer satisfaction.
