I am a Security Operative. I have experience in operating in the Executive Protection, Police and the Maritime environments. In the Executive Protection and Maritime Environment, I have been responsible for the security onboard a variety of vessels transiting the High-Risk Area (HRA)of the Somali Basin from Kenya,Comoros, Seychelles, Zanzibar, Mauritius. Pakistan, Indie, Sri Lanka, Fujairia, the hole off the H R A. In public service I have worked in the South African Police Service (SAPS) Detective Branch. As well as the Forencie Unit and qualified as a Fingerprint and Criminalistic Expert. I started my career in the South African Police Force in 2002 and left in 2008 to enter the private sector. My duties included crime investigations, fingerprint investigations, tactical policing and VIP protection work for many high profiled clients, in the movie industry, as well as working a 6 month contract with in the security dept. of the international cruise liner Royal Caribbean International (RCCL). I am now currently an independent contractor. I have been deployed on several vessels which are transiting the East coast of Africa as well as the High Risk Area (HRA).
