As Technical Support Engineer at Schut I served their DeMeet Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). These robots perform distance measurements at the micrometer level, and are used in quality control. The activities were diverse:* Fault finding and problem solving for customers worldwide via Teamviewer sessions;* Commissioning of CMMs at customers on location (including clean room);* Train new users;* Write manuals and instructions;* Test new measurement software (consultation and contact with in-house programmers);* Project management and control of new electronics (FPGA, dual core ARM) that was carried out by an external party.
