Showtime Training Group (STG) is a Air Force veteran established, community based training group. We specialize in youth enrichment, conducting various community outreach programs to insure our youth are equipped with knowledge of health\fitness, and have the tools to start at a young age. STG also provides one on one personal fitness training, as well as nutritional coaching, and speed and agility training. As a group we aim to provide every area of health/fitness and self betterment, within our field, to everyone in the community! Most importantly my wife Krystle "KrysK" Benton and I, the founders of Showtime Training Group, maintain a high health/fitness standard, living everything we represent!! We are currently training hard for upcoming opportunities, and actively attempting to expand our brand!
