*Analytical Chemist with JNJ Domestic Operating Company R&D (DOC) in Method Development group in support of new product introductions and NDA submissions.*Section Head, Assistant Manager, Manager and Director of the Analytical Laboratories.at the Domestic Operating Company Research Center. Supervised as many as 40 individuals.*Analytical Laboratories had capabilities and expert staff to support all aspects of Classical Wet Chemical Analysis as defined in USP/NF etc. Instrumentation and expert staff in disciplines that included: Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy,Optical and Electron Microscopy,Infrared SpectroscopyMass Spectroscopy as well as GC/MS, X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy,X-ray Diffraction Spectroscopy,Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy,High Performance Liquid & Gas Chromatography,UV&Fluoresence Spectroscopy,Surface Analysis,Physical Testing..Due to array of instrumentation and expertise, support requested by affiliates.*1989 Research Center closed, moved to Consumer Products Company site, Skillman NJ.Manager of an Analytical Section supporting Oral Care and Baby Products.*1995 transferred to Oral Care R&D as Manager.- Analytical support at DOC : Orthopedics, Patient Care, Baby Products, Dermatological Division and Oral Care.-Supervised development and monitored stability protocols and testing for new product introductions.-Lead initiatives in monitoring ethylene oxide, vinyl chloride, propylene oxide, Bis-chloro methyl ether etc, both domestic and worldwide.-Supported what became Dermatological Division, Orthopedics Company, Consumer Products Company, Baby Products , Oral Care and Patient Care . -Provided Analytical support and problem solving to plant locations both domestic and worldwide partners.*1995 At Oral Care provided support to Product Development introductions and problem solving. fo Worked with engineering, Marketing, Regulartory Affairs, Patient Department, Vendors, Plant Locations in the introduction of new products.
