Project Manager/Business Analyst
Coordinate and plan for Business Use Case Development for planned library features with the Product Transformation Manager• Participate in Daily Stand Ups to represent the Product Office and obtain answers to questions which may arise for the product owners• Maintain an accurate and prioritized backlog which can be communicated to IT with the Product Transformation Manager• Coordinate defect management with the Production Support team, including daily stand ups• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and assist in the coordination of UAT from the business side• Actively document and help mitigate program risks• Support Releases, including post-release validations• Coordinate and plan for data clean-ups as they emergeo Coordinate with IT, Operations, Business as needed on data clean-ups• Participate in the development of Library Training materials• Reports which this role may produce or assist in producing:o Weekly entitlement reporto Defect Listo Backlog list with prioritizationo Weekly executive status
