Designed, developed and implemented C#.NET MVC web application framework for migration of legacy ASP 1.0 systems for time and attendance. Framework currently implemented in two production instances designed to provide historical payroll data reference and access of ADP (Automatic Data Processing Inc.) Payroll System Data and is planned to replace enterprise Time and Attendance system framework in late 2013. Designed and implemented all SQL Server data structures (tables, views, indexing), stored procedures, user defined functions and triggers comprising the DAL (data access layer) of the application.Designed and implemented SSIS based payroll transaction hours system as drop-in replacement for Kronos Pro-Time hours feed to in-house Oracle payroll processing system. Internal database administrator with regard to EIS SQL Server 2008 instances (staging, and development database environments) including performance monitoring and tuning. Design optimal table structures for reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Responsible for reviewing and performing code differential evaluations on all T-SQL code changes (stored procedures, UDF, scheduled jobs) prior to production deployment.Developed and refactored legacy VB6 Avaya import adapter to C#.NET. Leveraged multi-threading processing model to reduce daily switch hours load times from 1.5 hours for 8,000 employees to 3-6 minutes for 18,000 employees. Integrated database stored XML configuration that allows administration to remotely control application degrees of parallelism (to optimize performance or reduce server activity load) and dynamically apply/modify business rules as needed.Developed and maintains timekeeping platform (TAP) for domestic and international call centers.
