Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2005 in Audit, and have subsequently gained 14 years experience in Corporate Finance, before returning to Wylie & Bisset, where I qualified as CA, as Partner.I have gained a huge amount of experience within a number of difference disciplines. My primary focus is on general business advisory, transactional lead advisory work, and the provision of financial due diligence.Once named one of Accountancy Age magazine's annual '35 under 35' of (sadly I don’t meet the age criteria anymore)I have been involved in a number of private equity backed transactions, on all sides, providing lead advisory to incumbent management teams, financial due diligence to the funder and advisory to the buy-in team.
