Current✓ Provide comprehensive technical support for corporate desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software systems, ensuring promptresponses to helpdesk requests to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.✓ Upgrade desktop computers, printers, thin clients, and network equipment, optimizing office and remote user experience.✓ Collaborate with management to review ongoing projects, tasks, and helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely updates and project delivery.✓ Troubleshoot enterprise user accounts, restore critical files from backups, and deliver tailored remote support to offsite users.✓ Examine internal documentation, including FAQs and procedural guides, improving user training and operational processes.✓ Maintain proficiency in key technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, with ongoingimprovements in Linux, virtualization, and scripting.Update printers on AVD by using the Epic ID and IP address. Discover AVD by its serial number (S/N) and Epic ID, and complete the installation of the WOW cart.”
