Jerry Phillips serves as the Director of Pharmacy at Baptist Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital of Louisville. He earned his doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2017, where he exceled as a servant leader both in and out of the community. With his vast professional, educational and practical experience, in both hospital and retail pharmacy, he utilizes high level clinical rationale to continue to grow and develop as a healthcare leader. Jerry strives to promote quality and efficient patient-centered care with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. He joined Encompass Health in March 2024 and is excited to further his career with a focus on patient and staff satisfaction.
