Develop the strategic planning parameters for the development and expansion for existing and future VTC needs. Ensure profitable and successful execution of design and installation projects (task orders) as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction. Minimize Point Rock Solution’s exposure and risk across the multiple projects. Manage scope and integration of systems across the base wide VTC projects. Analyze system return on investment (ROI) and provides utilization reports capturing profit and loss data for saved capital as related to consolidated meetings, trainings, and briefs. Provides onsite services and testing using industry standard testing tools and devices equivalent to CTS tier 2 and 3 level support for various organizations featuring secure audio visual (AV) and VTC integrated systems. Design and provide base level program modifications to Crestron based control systems. Develop and oversee maintenance tasks for mission-critical VTC conferencing suites.
