Cap-Haitian, Haiti

Demolish old Pediatric Ward and replace with new two story structure of approximately 1,800 square meters. New ward to meet international standards and includes fire alarm system, piped oxygen to hospital bed location and a solar power panel system to reduce the cost of electricity for the new facility. Construction is concrete with walls to be CMU. Electrical and mechanical systems to international standards. This was a direct hire project with less than 5% or the value of the construction to be sub-contracted.

Soto Cano Air Base, Comayagua, Honduras

Project Manager for construction of three, 3 story barracks for the U.S. Forces in Honduras. Project value was $15,000,000+ and included stare of the art facilities. Installed a chilled water air conditioner system, fire alarm system with radio link to the fire station, fire sprinkler systems and a big voice system. Hot water included a solar water system with large electrical boilers as a back up system. Was hired to complete the project and resolve multiple issues that were pushing the project off schedule.

Anduki Airfield, Sultanate Of Brunei

Project Manager for the construction of a three bay helicopter hangar that included maintenance shops, offices, paint booth, fire pump system and a fire station for single crash truck. The hangar was fully air conditioned with humidity control and included a fire alarm system with flame, smoke and heat detectors, Project cost was $18,000,000 U.S. Dollars. Work force included nationals from India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Republic of the Philippines. Project was completed on schedule without a punch list.

Jakarta, Indonesia

Quality Control Manager for the construction of a swing space and new sally port for the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta

Shindand, Afghanistan

Project included upgrade of thirteen kilometers of security fencing, anti-vehicle dttch and construction of fifty-two reinforced concrete guard towers with bullet proof windows and hi-intensity search lights. Installed 18 kilometers of 20KV electrical transmission line and 26 substations. Work force included nationals from United States of America, Scotland, Republic of the Philippines, South Africa and Afghanistan.

Sultanate Of Brunei

Construction of a $17,500,000 U.S. Embassy Compound. Work included the full range of disciplines including security systems, fire alarms, electric controlled gates, pop up barriers and personnel doors. Project included fuel storage facilities, fire pump system with storage tanks, generators, and a tennis court. Project was completed and turned over on schedule.

Project included renovation of 1,310,000 square foot building to re-purpose as barracks for Iraqi Army soldiers/officers. Work included electrical supply system with capacity of 2,750 megs-watts. Project value was $7,200,000 U.S. Dollars. All workers on project were Iraqi including other management staff. National Buildings was an Iraqi owned business headquartered in Amman, Jordan

I was responsible for five AFCEE Task Orders consisting of just over $150,000,000 U.S. Dollars of construction projects. Provided direction to five Project Managers and responsible for all interface with CORs assigned by AFCEE.
