• Focused on programs and opportunities within Healthcare Delivery and Management Reform and the Affordable Care Act.• Jointly oversees the largest orthopedic bundled payment program in Bundled Payment for Care Improvement initiative through the Awardee Convener status of Signature Medical Group. The program manages episodes for 2,000 orthopedic physicians, 50,000 total joint and 10,000+ spine/other clinical episodes throughout 26 states in 60 cities, comprising ~$1.5 billion in annual Medicare spend.• CO-authored a successful $1.3 million grant award for Strong Start for Mothers and Newborns and presently jointly oversees a Maternity Care Home care management program operating throughout Missouri. The Strong Start program has reduced pre-term births by 50% with average NICU length of stay of 8 days and HEDIS scores above 80%.• Served as a reviewer of numerous scientific journal articles.• Successfully co-authored an Advanced Payment Medicare Accountable Care Organization application.
