Accomplished senior-level project management professional with 30+ successful years in all aspects of construction from planning and design through construction completion and owner occupancy. Exceeding the needs of the client, establishing trust, and providing innovative, motivated results to my employer is my M.O. I am currently managing 3 speed to market healthcare projects for Nemours through design and construction as the owner's PM. Prior to this role I managed two senior housing renovation projects and a self-storage occupied renovation as a GC. Several years ago while working at Aramark as the lead Project Manager, I led our design team, construction manager, and kitchen equipment contractor to completion of a food court at Temple University over a 10 week time frame. Previously, I led or served on large teams for LF Driscoll Co. on large, highly visible, legacy type projects, where client satisfaction, on time delivery and cost management were the highest priority. Prior to LFD I worked successfully as an owner’s project manager, leading the project effort from site feasibility studies through move-in. I provide the unique ability to dig into the details without losing sight of the overall program. I stay current with latest technological innovations and implement them into the construction workplace. I have been frequently called on for for the most complex, high exposure projects such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art Exterior Renovations and Kimmel Performing Arts Center. Other experience includes healthcare, life sciences, senior care, and commercial construction. Specialties: Highly skilled at all aspects of project control by leveraging the latest technologies but understanding the importance of the human element and building relationships and teams. Exceptional at writing contracts, scheduling, phasing, risk and cost management, and establishing systems and procedures.
