Throughout my years in the union I have worked on a number of construction projects with companies throughout Illinois including Quality Saw and Steel, Alliance Concrete Sawing and Drilling, Swank as well as Matcon Diamond. Notable Projects and Accomplishments:• Won Safety Award from Chicago Area LECET, LiUNA Local 225 due to an ongoing commitment to upholding OSHA laws and regulations. • Played a key role in completing demolition work as part of Navy Pier revitalization, the I-90 and 1-390/Elgin-O’Hare expansions as well as Wrigley Field remodeling. • Participated in training and instruction of over 10 employees throughout time in the construction industry. • Completed ongoing training and hold active certifications in OSHA safety standards (30 hour course), Trench Safety, Confined Space Safety, CPR with AED, First Aid, Hazard Communication, Skid Steer, Scissor Lift, Forklift, Boom Lift, and Burning. • Upstanding member of Laborers' Local Union 225 in Willow Springs, IL and Laborers Local Union # 1058 in Pittsburgh, PA.

I started in the DJ business in 1991 with XFactor Productions, a personally owned company servicing Pittsburgh and now Chicago. In 2011, I picked up additional event-based work with Ala Carte Entertainment. Between the two companies, I have entertained at wedding receptions, nightclubs, school events, fundraisers, birthday parties, high school proms, and more. Aside from the actual DJ and emcee work at events, I also have a great deal of business management, customer service, sales, marketing, editing, and other work that I do to ensure I continue booking events and that they go smoothly. Career Highlights:• Used HitFilm Pro and other MacBook Pro programs (iMovie) to create customer videos as well as marketing deliverables for corporate sales efforts. • Built a steady stream of business for XFactor Productions with over 100 annual events and 6 personally supervised and mentored staff members at its peak. • Broke into the Chicago nightclub circuit and maintained a great reputation with Excalibur, Vision, and Castle Nightclub as well as other venues including Snuggery, Finn McCool’s, etc. • Sponsored by Coors Light to create a game show, “The Name Game Challenge,” which turned into a feature act at 15+ Pittsburgh based venues. • Contracted by a variety of customers including schools, cheerleading groups, bodybuilders, and studio wrestlers to create custom mixes and remixes. Additionally contracted by other independent DJs to design their promotional graphics and videos.
