His real estate practice has also included acquisitions of loans, including the acquisition of "B-pieces" of securitized loans and mezzanine loans.He has also represented both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings (including Rule 144A offerings) of equity, debt and convertible securities in the United States.
