Having built a solid foundation in law enforcement with a core focus on intelligence work and analysis for a decade, I've branched into the dynamic field of media intelligence as an Analyst Manager at Meltwater. I bring with me an acute understanding of project management, policy work, and strategic planning.In my present role, I lead a team that curates bespoke reports for government clients with data-driven analysis and strategic insights. I manage projects that redefine processes in streamlining business operations, improve efficiency, and generate business growth and revenue.Key responsibilities include strategising ways to evolve business work processes, manage existing and new business opportunities, and improve portfolio profitability.
