CurrentDriving OKRs for Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization • Building win-loss program to deliver market intelligence and differentiation to the business• Lead creation, planning, and execution of industry report (2024) to establish Industrial DevOps practice, while pulling together influencer and expert contributions to validate data and build credibility• Established analyst relations practice at Copia through long-term relationships, value-prop of owned data, and compelling message of first-mover space• Create, deliver, and execute short-, mid-, and long-term planning with hands-on execution and regular/quarterly cadence of updates to continue momentum with Board and executive team• Cross-functionally collaborate with BizOps, Sales, and Marketing Teams to track, measure, and analyze pipeline contributions• Developing strategic customer initiatives with customer success, product, and engineering teams, including: Customer Advisory Board (CAB), Product Launch systemization, and customer reference program (case studies, quotes, buyer references, etc.)
