I am a retired member of Frost Brown Todd LLC, having practiced in the litigation area, serving as co-chair of the Firm's Financial Services Litigation Group. I assisted clients in a wide variety of matters, primarily involving contractual, commercial, banking, bankruptcy or real estate related issues. I have represented lenders and borrowers, purchasers and sellers, debtors and creditors. I represent clients in many disputes related to lending relationships, real estate title, purchase and sale contracts or title insurance disputes. In addition, I have had significant experience in bankruptcy matters, receiverships, non-bankruptcy liquidations and insolvency of securities brokers, handling cases in excess of 90 million dollars. In 2008, I authored a book on the subject of receiverships, Receivership Agreements Line by Line, which can be found on Amazon.com. I was also an active leader of the Firm's Hospitality Industry Practice Group and a founder of the Frost Brown Todd website discussing Financial Services Litigation http://www.fbtbankingresource.com/ .
