I'm in my 40th year as a serial entrepreneur (6x). I had a job once, but I got fired. Get fired. Launch a startup, right? Ha!I've always been a bit of a rebel, a disruptor — I like reimagining how things could-should be.- I've done it in tech- I've done it with RevOps- I've done it in VC- I've done it even with faith. In the 90s I invented coding bootcamps. We recruited thousands from the working class and made them into software developers. Everyone said it couldn't be done, we did it at scale. So cool!After three decades building multiple tech ventures, and then leading a venture studio — in 2016 I founded the world's first faith-driven venture studio, CanaGlobal. My partners and I wanted to reimagine the venture studio, access to capital, and equipping a new breed of faith-driven founders, at scale.I like swinging for the fences, so we had to figure out how would we equip thousands and thousands of startup founders? We're doing it. We could connect the dots between faith, calling, revenue performance, profit and the faith-driven founder.Let God choose the winners and losers, not man.
