Theis project was a project that was at risk of being behind in timeline and budget. Gerald redeveloped the scope of the project and began the process of assessing the true completion status of the project. Gerald’s work includes addressing the existing and proposed hydrologic and hydraulic conditions whist managing impacts to an existing pond. o I-81 MM221-225 Shoulder Expansion: In collaboration with Rinker Design Associates, was response for moving the drainage design and stormwater management of the I-81 widening. Gerald worked on this project after the concept phased into the final submission. Gerald assisted in the development of the stormwater and erosion sediment control management strategies modeling 2 ponds and ́grass channels per VDOT Specifications. Gerald assisted in the development of the stormwater management report providing much of the analysis including: HGL analysis, Storm Drain Analysis, Pond Routing, and Hydrologic assessments. o US-15 Expansion: Responsible for moving the drainage design and stormwater management of the I-81 widening. Developed design for 20 BMP’s including 18 Bio-Swales. . Gerald assisted in the development of the stormwater and erosion sediment control management strategies modeling 2 ponds and ́grass channels per MDOT SHA Specifications. o Liberty town Sidewalk Retrofit: Performed the H&H Analysis of two culverts using HEC-RAS and developed H&H report for the Preliminary Investigation Submission Show less
