As part of the Network Services team within Oracle's Global Information Technology organization, I am responsible for the delivery of IT services to Oracle's businesses worldwide, these services include the management and delivery of network infrastructure.

Responsible for administering national, multi-million dollar, network management applications running on multiple and redundant IBM AIX servers used for implementing, provisioning, testing, and maintaining Sprint/Nextel's national long distance, PSTN, Wireless and VoIP network elements and circuits. Integral responsibility in successfully evolving and expanding Sprint's VoIP network performance monitoring system used to support Sprint's Next Generation Voice Network (NGVN). This project successfully provided VoIP NGVN network performance measurements to Sprint's Cable Partners satisfying contractual agreements while avoiding monetary penalties to Sprint for contractual non-compliance. Successful consolidation of Sprint and Nextel's network circuit testing applications including the expansion of Sprint's circuit testing system network elements into Nextel network switch sites. Host of a weekly national network application user community conference meeting designed address application user issues and successfully enhance the customer support and user experience for over 2,000 network analysts. Team Lead - Responsible for coordinating and supporting two teams of application administrators Integral project lead responsibility involved in a successful one year effort that consolidated Sprint and Nextel's network application administration teams integrating voice and data network alarming, provisioning, testing and performance monitoring platforms into a single organization. Team Lead - Responsible for coordinating and supporting 12 application administrators charged with maintaining, nationally distributed, test and performance monitoring platforms for use by network analyst. Integral Lead assignment involved in a successful two year project that consolidated Sprint's Long Distance and PCS Wireless voice network testing and performance monitoring platforms.

Application Administrator successfully supporting and maintaining a facilities testing (DS1/DS3) and performance monitoring system used in the Sprint PCS National Operations Control Center (NOCC). Team Lead - Hired at the National Operations Control Center (NOCC) to successfully establish a new team of analyst with the function of remote circuit/facilities testing and network performance monitoring.

Successfully assigned to open, establish and maintain a community use, technology resource center providing continuing education programs, distance learning college level courses and public technology training and education assistance.Responsible for supporting all facilities clientele, managing on-site technologies and providing computer training programs to area businesses and residents.

Certified Novell Administrator providing network administration for two Kansas Public School Districts educating administrative staff, teachers and students regarding multiple application technologies. Responsible for consulting the school Board of Education to evolve computer networks and develop future state recommendations.
