This increased linguist retention in the Army by 15% and was commended by DOD senior leaders.• Presented and received 100% requirements for two subsequent program objective memorandum cycles, ensuring that over 1.2 billion dollars were funded for the assigned programs.

• Assisted the Defense Attaché as a United States Army representative to the U.S. Ambassador to the State of Israel. • Represented the Department of Defense in interactions with the Israeli Defense Forces, Defense Industry, and regional military. • Formulated Defense policy concerning the United States' agreements with the States of Israel and its position in the Middle East. • Managed the Trip planning, logistics, and formal introductions for two Senior Department of the Army Leaders, resulting in continued partnership between the U.S. and the State of Israel. The Trip’s organization and communication were complimented by the government of Israel and the leadership of the U.S. Army Central. • Served as the Liaison between the US Embassy in Jerusalem, the United Nations Truce Supervision (UNSTO) Mission, and the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF), increasing communication and understanding between the United Nations Forces and the U.S.

• Assisted the Defense Attaché as the United States Army representative to U.S. Ambassador to the Government of Afghanistan. • Represented the Department of the Army in interactions with multiple U.S. government agencies and the State Department.• Assisted in planning and implementation of contingency plans for the evacuation of the United States Embassy. • Assisted in implementing the evacuation of the United States Embassy in Kabul and coordinated with multiple countries and U.S. departments for the evacuation of approximately 100,000 people from Afghanistan. • Received a Citation of Merit from the director of the Defense Attaché Service for actions during the evacuation that saved dozens of Afghan lives, allowing the US government to keep faith with its partners and allies.

• Managed the United States Army Security Assistance portfolio for the countries of Sri Lanka and the Maldives in the Office of Security Cooperation.• Responsible for daily briefings to the U.S. Ambassador to the Country of Sri Lanka and weekly briefings to members of the National Security Council, Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Indo-Pacific Command. • Conducted extensive travel throughout South Asia, including trips to Pakistan and China, to document and report on China’s influence in South Asian affairs. • Conducted Several English Language Tests in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, allowing 25 officers to attend school in the U.S. and other United States government-funded schools.

• Senior Operations Manager for a 740-person organization, responsible for coordinating rapid responses to worldwide contingency operations. Tasked with planning and executing operations for a dynamic unit designated as the Global Responsive Team, dedicated to responding to crisis incidents globally.• Led the Outload logistical support node for the Global Response team during a directed full-scale exercise to ensure that the Global Response Force could respond to presidential directives and deploy within mandated times. • Planned and implemented a training plan for the unit, allowing the organization to return from an overseas assignment and immediately meet all training requirements to attend the Joint Readiness Training Center. The completion of all requirements was tracked at the Department of the Army level, and the Commanding General of the 82nd Airborne Division commended the units completed. • Served as the Acting Operation Manager at our higher Agency during their return from overseas assignment, ensuring the safe integration of over 4000 servicemen and woman and their families.

• Managed the daily operations and activities of a 4000-man Airborne Division. Ensuring synchronization and communication throughout all levels• I briefed Senior Department of Defense leaders daily about the status and capability of the Global Rapid Response Force and the activities of organizations with overseas assignments. • Served as the Division Joint Exercise planner, successfully coordinating multiple multilateral exercises and ensuring the organization's responsibilities in the campaign and contingency plans were updated and ready for implementation.
