Transitioning to the role of District Manager for one of the nation's largest commercial and industrial staffing companies, he was instrumental in rebuilding southern Louisiana and Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina. Since 1994 he has helped hundreds of clients understand their people and how they will perform on projects.
