CurrentWhile serving as a Center Operations Specialist at United Services Organization – USO SFO, San Francisco Int’l Airport, I developed and implemented SOPs to ensure smooth execution of complicated operations and drive maximum efficiency. I optimized day-to-day center operations by scheduling work assignments, setting goals / priorities, delegating tasks to colleagues, and directing work of one to three volunteers. I supervise and coach team members, evaluate team performance, assess training needs, and conduct training sessions to improve productivity. I revitalize operations management processes by monitoring ongoing progress, identifying areas of improvement, and delivering change management initiatives. I plan and execute projects from conception to finalization while ensuring completion of deliverables within strict time, quality, and budget constraints.
