o Project Coordinator – IT Department – organizing and controlling project activities through communicating risks, opportunities, and current state of the project. I fulfill obligations by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment, and information.o Attend and record weekly/Monthly minutes of meeting.o Checking all the projects ensuring that we are on time with the promised date that we committedo Email all the customers and updating them with their concerns.o Provide Technical support for WMS (Warehouse Management System). o Coordinate with the programmers and with our customers for the project we have. o Attending meetings and demo of our System to clients. o Document controller – IT Department – organizing all the documents for system validation and testing of the systemo Filing and organizing of documents (both electronic and / or hardcopies)o Scheduling all the projects of IT Department from start to end.
