Senior inhouse legal counsel - responsible for: - Senior legal advisor to the CEO, Board and senior executive management, with a view to ensuring the continued profitability and success of the busiest port in the UK, which has a turnover of £78.2 m- Deputising for General Counsel at various sub-committee meetings- Managing the PLA's disputes and regulatory portfolio, by overseeing all dispute resolution and regulatory/ compliance matters, including civil claims (recovery, judicial review, possession, debt and bankruptcy actions), enforcement proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and prosecutions.
