With a strong foundation in administrative roles across various companies, I have dedicated over 20 years to practising Human Resources within the Royal Air Force. My career has encompassed diverse and challenging roles, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and the ability to adapt quickly, often under pressure, to new and unfamiliar skill requirements.Throughout my service, I have successfully managed responsibilities in roles such as Pay and Personnel, Service Discipline, and Standards Evaluation. This experience has not only enhanced my versatility but also fuelled my enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.Key to each role has been an array of skills; effective communication, diligence and attention to detail, team-working and collaboration, self-motivation, resilience, mentoring and training, adaptability and flexibility and organisational skills.In addition to shaping my professional expertise, my career in the Royal Air Force has instilled in me a sense of duty, integrity, and dedication.
