I am a management consultant and career coach with over 16 years experience in the corporate world, working for a number of multi-national companies and SME’s across a variety of industries. I am an energetic, positive business woman with a burning desire to empower people to succeed in their careers. I am passionate about developing people and supporting them through change. I have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams through change management programmes in terms of people, systems and processes. My style of coaching brings challenge, energy, empathy, self awareness and support which enables my clients who are struggling with the challenges of transition as well as being a working parent to achieve success and fulfillment in their careers.I work with organisations to retain female talent by providing maternity transition coaching, so that they have engaged employees who feel valued, who value themselves and are successful as working parents. As more and more dads are taking paternity leave, they too are facing the challenge of transitioning back to the workplace and I help them gain clarity and confidence during this transition. Many of the parents I work with are struggling with the challenges of being a working parent and want support to win at work and home.
