• Assist the Operational Risk Manager to build and maintain the Risk Framework on the Capita Pearl Account.
• Provide the business unit managers and staff with training, guidance and support in the application of Risk Management and in the use of the risk reporting systems (aCCelerate and Certus).
• Provide high-level assurance as to the integrity, reliability and robustness of risk data maintained by business users by providing challenge, guidance and support to the business users
• Liaise with the offshore Risk Manager in the implementation of new/revised Risk Management processes.
