Develops and facilitates training programs in order to develop and enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees. Supports organizational development through implementation of the company vision, mission, core values and service standards. -Program development using a variety of delivery methods to support learning (instructor-led, self study, online, web based).-Training facilitation with an emphasis on in classroom and web based training to support product knowledge, compliance, and the sales and service culture of the organization.- Deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.-Maintain the company LMS by grouping new users, responding to user inquiries, maintaining transfers and promotions, creating reports, creating learning plans and assigning courses.-Use course authoring software (Lectora/ Camtasia / Toolbook) to design online courses to be uploaded to the LMS.-Monitor course registration and attendance for all instructor led courses.-Work with vendors to obtain updates to date online compliance courses and subsequently upload current courses to the LMS.-Develop in- house training based on the needs.
