I worked alongside Nigeria and United Kingdom counterparts in a marginalized community to actualize project plans by designing and implementing tools and strategies for improving the quality standard of Education in 4 communities in Kwara state.(Apata, Araromi, Ogele & Lasoju). As an In-country staff, I designed and implemented tools and strategies for improving the standard of education and developing the community.In addition, I Improved student engagement and teachers’ effectiveness and motivation.I organized, planned, and delivered training sessions through Community action days, Active citizen days on global issues in line with the SDGs.I monitored and evaluated project progress. I collated and entered data from surveys, weekly activities reports, committee reports, etc. I anchored sessions at Community-based Education, where children in school and out of school were taught every evening.I created and organized school clubs, e.g., Science, press, and arts, in public schools.I Involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion activities. I Assisted in the investigation of alleged misconduct and conflict resolution.I assisted with strategies and participated in fundraising.
