Project manage the implementations for new customers and new projects for existing customers. Ensure the project is defined effectively and the customer understands the specifications of the software ability. Train colleagues in the operation of modified software, as and when required, to ensure a smooth hand over of projects to the support function. Provide accounts application training & consultancy for the customer. Assist with support at all times on current or previously implemented systems, as and when required, by taking support calls from clients when appropriate.

I oversee and process the weekly payroll for the hotel and its sister company liffey valley fitness. I check and monitor all night audit reports and daily cash sheets. I have sole responsibility for all debtors and liaise with the financial controller on all matters to do with reports and debtors. I am also responsible for the upkeep of all stationery and office equipment.
