Monitoring post-diploma training courses: part of the commission for the students’ selections,organization of training calendar, registry maintenance, presence recording, performance check offunded training courses, visiting companies during the students’ internship period, part of theCommission for the final exam.

Responsible for the management, renewal and overall sales of hi-tech service and support agreements for Netherlands, Italy, France, and Belgium • generating new leads and up-selling & cross-selling• Weekly reports• Reporting to Service Source Management ( Trending Report, Daily Report of Activities, Top account by revenue or opportunity amount )• Forecasting

Receiving inbound calls, e-mail queries/problems from Travel Agents relating to bookings/quotesand converting these calls and enquiries into salesBooking packages, Tours, hotels, transfers, shows through worldwide suppliersWorking on personal targets and objectivesProviding all information needed by customers and offering information on other products andservices offeredOrganisation travel documents (all type of voucher)Providing efficiently customer service

Receiving customer’s request by phone, e-mail or face to face, booking packages with Travel Quest system, booking flights with Galileo GDS system and FareBank system, organisation of Tours or basic packages in Europe and USA, organisation of “City Break” in Europe (Galileo flights, transfers, accommodation and excursions), organisation of honeymoon holidays, organisation of “long –stay” holidays, receiving customer’s complaints and solving them with efficiency

Receiving customer’s requests, understanding of customer priorities and being proactive.Selling complex itineraries and supplementary products to members including as many preferredcompany products as possible.Consulting published and computer-based sources for information on departure and arrivaltimes, fares and rating hotels, accommodation.Booking packages or flights with Amadeus GDS system.Providing information on customs regulations, required papers, currency exchange rates.Providing specialist advice to members on products and servicesMaking arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodation, car rental, tours.Organisation tours or basic package for honeymoonReceiving customers complaints and finding arrangementsVisiting hotels, resorts, and restaurants to evaluate comfort, activities, cleanliness, food andservice.
