I worked with our commissioning editors on the Marketing and Logistics & Operations lists in collaborating closely with our authors to develop their work. I was the first point of contact for our authors and ensured they were fully supported in the writing process, answering all queries related to content development, copyright and permissions, as well as format. I also organised our review panels and liaised with external subject matter experts to ensure our new publishing projects met the market's expectations and were as good as they could be. I also commissioned new editions of some of our bestselling titles on the Careers and Entrepreneurship list; presenting projects to our publishing board, agreeing terms and delivery dates with authors as well as confirming the necessary updates for each of the titles.
