I am a licensed full-time professional REALTOR in Colorado Springs since 1999. I believe that being an advocate for the seller or buyer is my most important role. As an advocate for my clients I provide them with timely, pertinent, informative material and guidance to make an educated decision regarding the sale/purchase of a residential property. In order to provide that level of active support I believe education must be a continually ongoing process for me. I have earned the CRS(Certified Residential Specialist),ABR(Accredited Buyers Representaive,QSC(Quality Service Certified) LHP(Luxury Home Professional Certified) and e-PRO designations. Each designation requires education that gives me additional resources to provide a more qualified level of service.Specialties: My speciality is the community of Colorado Springs. Throughout the years I have served on several city boards,the Chamber of Commerce, boards of non-profit organizations, church committes and simply have been a volunteer, These activities have provided me with a wealth of information about our community.
