Coaching Supervisor, Executive And Personal Coach

Clients come to coaching because they want to change - and coaching is a series of learning conversations that enables that change to happen. My role is to help the client develop resourcefulness, build resilience and manage well-being through skillful questioning, challenge and support. My approach to coaching is that of a thinking partner; whether that is for an executive who is facing leadership challenges, or a career changer seeking better work-life balance. I work from a strengths-based perspective grounded in adult learning theory. As well as working with individuals I also coach small groups in later life planning, career development and in parenting skills. I am a Fireworks registered career coach, a Realise2 strengths practitioner, Family Caring Trust Licensed practitioner and have attended Time to Think and the Thinking Environment training.
