Geraldine has worked in marketing for over 20 years, and is currently Brand Director - P&O Cruises at Carnival UK.Previous to this role she worked as a Head of Marketing in Clothing and Home at Marks & Spencer, covering strategic projects on sub-brands, customer offer planning and lingerie. She has worked in the food & drink industry working at Noble Foods in 2016-2018 where she was Marketing Director for the Consumer Foods division (happy egg co, Heritage Breeds and Big & Fresh), and the Innovation Director for Gü Puds at Noble Foods Ltd developing the innovation strategy & pipeline.Previous to Noble Foods, Geraldine joined Iglo in 2009, working on fish fingers & coated fish in the UK, before being promoted to General Marketing Manager in 2011. She moved to a new role as European Marketing Manager for Growth Business Platforms in October 2014 to lead priority business & marketing projects across the Group. This included developing a new business growth model, training over 250 people across 9 countries, and embedding this within the organisation.Prior to moving to Iglo, Geraldine was at Britvic Soft Drinks, predominantly working in marketing on number 1 brands including Robinsons & J20, but also working in sales on Tesco. Over 8 years she was promoted multiple times, moving up from a Graduate to Senior Brand Manager, and consistently grew sales & share on the brands she worked on. Britvic is the No.1 UK still drinks company, and is worth £1.2bn.Geraldine studied music (Bachelor of Music) and then marketing (Master of Science Marketing) at the University of Birmingham, before moving in to her professional marketing career.
