I re-joined the AF as the Technical Advisor/Liaison to HAF/A5R for the Office of Aerospace Studies.

As the Air Force Chief of the Human Resources (HR) Data, Analytics, and Decision Support Division, my responsibilities are twofold:As the Air Force (AF) HR Chief Analytic Officer (CAO): - Drive the use of Data Analytics and Performance Metrics in the development and execution of AF Talent Management - Assist AF Senior Leaders and the AF. HR enterprise in data-driven decisions - Lead the AF in its use of HR data analyticsAs the AF HR Chief Data Officer (CDO): - Develop policy, processes, and governance to support HR analytic and data needs - Establish processes to ensure data quality (accuracy and cleanliness) - Ensure proper data accessibility while protecting our Airmen’s privacy

Leads team of 18 across 4 Branches in AF Total Force human capital analyses and enterprise readiness analyses to inform SecAF, CSAF, SAF/MR and HAF/A1 decisions. Oversees all aspects of AF personnel life cycle analyses--accessions, training and education, promotion, retention, and development. Develops effective strategies to build, shape, manage, and retain the force to meet current and future mission requirements. Conducts analysis of 506K Total Force Airmen engaged worldwide in contingency, peacekeeping, humanitarian operations. Directs strategic comprehensive personnel studies of the AF Total Force such as AF Military Retirement and Compensation Reform analyses, linking military exit/retention surveys to A1 policies/programs, Diversity and Inclusion evaluations, female retention/pregnancy deferment/operations impact analysis, and the drafting of an AF Human Capital Analytic Strategy.
