Over the past 20 years, I have performed various business and intangible assets valuations and financial modelling assignments in the context of mergers and acquisitions or divestitures, restructurings and reorganizations, public market transactions under securities regulations, fiscal planning and financial reporting requirements. Main duties consist of the following:1. Provide valuation services to clients which include performing the valuation of the subject shareholding, intangible assets or business entity and writing up related valuation report;2. Perform purchase price allocations related to business mergers / combinations for financial reporting purposes which usually require the valuation of intangible assets (technologies, software, trade names, customer relationships, non-compete agreements, etc.);3. Review calculations of the value prepared by management or by third parties to assist EY audit team in respect of their clients’ financial reporting requirements for purchase price allocation, assessment of tax asset/liability and goodwill impairment testing;4. Assess the integrity and robustness of client financial models through detailed model reviews;5. Perform the valuation of investments of private equity firms, specializing in infrastructure and agricultural assets;6. Manage medium and large files from beginning to end and coordinate with staff to ensure that projects are delivered on time; 7. Coach and provide training to staff on best valuation practices and financial modelling; and8. Build and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships through the delivery of exceptional client service.Specialties: Valuation and business modelling
