Gerald also co-founded and still serves on the board of Yspaniola, a non-profit organization that promotes education and community development in rural communities in the Dominican Republic. Gerald is passionate about advancing democracy, inclusion, and empowerment in the hemisphere, and he leverages his analytical, communication, and leadership skills to foster collaboration and innovation among diverse stakeholders. Gerald holds a Master's of Public Administration in International Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from Yale University.
