Implemented a U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission-approved Quality Assurance Program. Secured approval of three NRC Topical Reports on specific waste processing technologies. Graduated from the Philip Crosby Quality College in Winter Park, Florida. Managed implementation of the Quality Improvement Process (QIP) within the company.
