Geraldo Cofe is Responsible for issues concerning elevators, generators, transformers and the likes. Make requests for the purchase or repair of equipment. Ensures that standards are strictly adhered to. Ensure renewal of lease agreements, contracts for vendors and service providers. Relates directly with vendors and service providers to ensure that SLA’s are met. To ensure the Bank’s office and ATM premises are clean and functioning of Air conditioning. Initiate purchase of stationeries and other Bank’s assets. Manage the store and ensure it is stocked at all the time. Manage fuel card for generators and ensure the log books are well managed. Translates a variety of documents including literary, legal, research, technical, scientific, educational, and commercial materials. Adheres to industry quality standards established by the Association of Translation Companies to ensure that all completed work follows legal and ethical obligations Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs Edit content with an eye toward maintaining its original format (e.g. font and structure) Handle travel/ticketing and all aspects of logistics and fleet  After approval of travel, the Logistic officer will book tickets ensuring that we get the best and cost effective routes available. Organize the visas if need be, calculate the per diem based on grade and obtain sign off from MD/CEO. Organize hotel reservations within the negotiated corporate rates and book staff and other visitors as required from time to time. Organize airport pick up and meet and greet important visitors of the Bank. Keep records of all fixed assets of the Bank Manage the vehicle fleet, making sure that they are serviced on time, insurance and statutory fees are paid on time. Also to make sure vehicles are washed and maintained in a very organized way. To manage fuel cards for vehicles and ensure log books are well managed. To ensure the Bank’s office and ATM premises is clean. Delivery of materials and supplies to the branch offices in a timely manner Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
