Development and Assistance to Caterpillar Dealers with the acquisitions of skills, knowledge and management of Mining Technology sales, commissioning, support and value-add services. Business development, position consolidation and competitive strategy consultant

Subject matter expert with application and technical sales support for MineStar Fleet, MineStar Edge and MineStar Terrain to regional sales reps and dealer personnel. Contribute to sales targets aligned with the regions. Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical sales presentations and demos to customers, dealers and regional teams. Work closely with internal commercial reps in guiding and steering the product direction in relation to commercial requirements.

Subject Matter Expert responsible initially to implment MineStar Technology in Brazil region. Leading knowledge to dealers and clients. Project leader on all MineStar Fleet Implementations in Brazil, executing end-to-end implementation tasks as process mapping, requirement definitions, system configuration, reporting development and coaching. Present as in the enhacement phase after handover the projects on the long term support and relationship.
