CurrentAs part of my employment, I am responsible for the long-term financial health and development of the finance function of the organization.It is worth emphasizing that I am developing ways to raise earnings, oversee accounting operations, provide accurate reports, and improve present processes.One of my primary responsibilities is to work in collaboration to oversee the budgets of all divisions, including overseas companies in China, India, and Vietnam.In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, I am in charge of financial statements/reports, internal/external audits and controls, controls around multilayer government funding sources, and audit committee board presentation of findings.In addition, I oversee cost-cutting measures, insurance, risk management, procurement/project bid monitoring, policy implementation, benefit maximization, and operational transformation.It is me who managed the finance function of numerous locations to foster increased productivity.A section of my key contributions include:> Generated $250K in investment earnings and exchange gain on budgets in excess of $22M.> Steered development and execution of cash investment strategies and foreign currency.> Enhanced operational direction while coordinating with organizational leadership and board of directors.> Attained savings and implemented Health spending account to facilitate employees.> Negotiated plan in collaboration with new provider and achieved significant reduction in costs by up to 30%.> Contributed towards management of HR payroll/benefits, capital asset, IT, and new systems.
