I have been the head of IT projects, co-headed by my supervisor, to introduce new software company wide for managing the encryption of all our company laptops. I am also both a certified ServiceNow system administrator and application developer. I am responsible for setting up new ServiceNow applications and service catalog forms while providing maintenance for existing ones. I develop workflows, create custom notifications, manage our knowledge base, and work one on one with department supervisors to improve functionality on their respective forms. I also provide staff training on using ServiceNow in a support capacity when introducing new departments to the platform.
